Releasing Enema on Toilet

You can get up and walk a round if you have not expelled anything for five minutes.
Walking around will help the intestines move the enema solution towards the rectum
If you are having a hard time releasing all of the enema solution you can massage
the abdominal area in a counterclockwise motion this will also help the enema solution to move
toward the anus.
When expelling the enema:
Massage abdomen in a clockwise direction this will help move the solution back toward the rectum and anus.

Massaging the abdomen while expelling the enema helps move the solution and feces toward the rectum and out the anus.

It is best to place a stool that is about 8 in. tall in front of the toilet and then squat down over the toilet
to release your enema and have a bowel movement.
