Here is a great product. It is an enema nozzle that is made of a highly flexible material. It has a flared tip for easier retention and has multiple holes on the sides and in the front to ensure that it will not get clogged with feces.
They cost somewhere around $5.00 and are quite durable. A good nozzle for those needing a little help retaining the nozzle in place.

The green nozzle is very flexible but strong. 6" long 7/8" in diameter. Four (4) side outlets & 1 large front outlet. Graduated end to work with several different sizes of tubing.
The yellow nozzle is 6" long 5/8"in diameter. Four (4) side outlets & 1 large front outlet.
The tan nozzle is 6" long 3/8"in diameter. Four (4) side outlets & 1 large front outlet.

The blue nozzle is 6" long 3/16"in diameter. Four (4) side outlets & 1 large front outlet.
