Bulb syringes are used mostly for babies or small children or depending on what your are trying to achieve

These syringes come in various sizes ranging from 1 oz. for babies up to 26 oz. for larger individuals.

You fill this syringe by squeezing the air out, placing the tip/nozzle in the container holding the solution and release the bulb. The syringe expands and fills with solution.

The enema is administered by inserting the tip/nozzle into the anus and squeezing the solution into the bowels.
Often individuals will use several bulbs of solution injected into the bowels before they feel that the
recipient has received enough of the solution to produce a good enema.
The number of injections is dependent upon the size and age of the recipient and the size of the bulb syringe.
